I use sea moss too! It is really great for your skin. So the sea moss is in a jar in the refrigerator so I put it in a heat proof cup and I put it in some boiling water and melt it. Then I add some natural oils that are really really good for your skin. It has cleared my skin up so much.

You should use the Always Infinity Flexfoam pads in the blue and green box, I use them when I have a light and heavy flow and they hold a lot of blood, they don’t give me a rash, I work out a lot and I dance so these are very helpful and I neverrr leak with them on!! And for the blood to even show on the pad you have to bleed a lot, I definitely think you should get these!!
Another pad suggestion is the Cora brand, it’s organic and they hold really well🥰 My period isn’t that heavy but mom has very heavy flow and they work perfectly fine for her & they are very comfortable!
