Reasons why I like this season 1. realistic view points. 2. No breakups 3. Not only sweet love type but mixed with great understanding, communication, love and also strong connection between them. ( I don't like personally honey sweet romance ) 4. Both have their own advantages, self confidence, independent choices or decisions and endurance.
Well this I didn’t liked reason it took all the real story line of Han made that around wu bai k and k had so much effort of Han and suddenly everything became about wu bai story line could have been extended but they simply repeated the story just doesn’t make sense season 1 was about every character season 2 is just about wu bai and his love it lacked the og emotions u had in season 1 this can only be liked if not watched season 1

So except for characters, their decisions, and competition results, other things are quite different. Therefore, these 2 seasons shouldn't compare, but if someone chooses 1 between them, it should be because of their personal preferences ( Eg: I like realistic stories and healthy relationships). If you watched this drama as a new drama but not as " Go go squid S2 "... It might change your perspective and I'm sure you'll enjoy this drama more...
@@hiransiwanasingha7721 I enjoyed this drama but season 1 was the soul and season 2 no matter how we watch when the old ost plays you know that how strong impact it had and u cannot separate it when the director didn’t separate how can we watch without thinking of season 1 although this was also good but not more than season 1 it had everything in right proportion and this season was a little boring and this season was not realistic but too much unrealistic wu bai was taking for granted by ai Qing a lot and her character was very much selfish she always thought about her career and game more than anything or anyone although she left but she still chose SP in the end when she came back to the arena a lot of times she was selfish but made it look as if she needed sympathy but the ai Qing of season 1 was very bold and clear in her thoughts and had a grt aura and looked like she was older than wu bai this season seemed way too unrealistic for me in lots of places
Actually season 2 is also good but the thing is we can’t get over from Han tong Nian and other members 🥺 we want to see them in this season also like previous one 😭 hope some of them will be here ❤️

For all the international fans out there: So wubai and appledog both won in there cathegorie of the competition, but wubai's partial blindness is really a big thing. So, he decides to do a surgery. But the surgery didn't go so well, and his partial blindness isn't cured yet. His brother hanshangyan is caring for him and tells him the good message that he can go to norway (i think) and get his second surgery. What is actually only good, bvecause the girl in his room is getting on his nerves. But the bad message he gives him is that he couldn't lie to their grandpa and now he knows. Another bad message the doctor gives them is that the risk of the second surgery is very big, and could cause full blindness. In the end he goes to see appledog but I think he doesn't want to occur her with his illness so he only watched from far away. So that was mainly what happened in this episode, hope it helps you a bit, but both my englisch and chinese aren't so good so I'm sorry if anything is wrong 😂💖

i didn't know there was this season until i finally gave in to watch go go squid season 1. I'm a fan of Hu Yitian but i thought i was not gonna like this one coz i was able to come across some disappointing reviews before i started watching it. but here i am not moving on from this. and i definitely prefer this DT here than in season 1. he had an awesome character development. Han shangyan gave him the best advice, to stop being a loner and fall in love.
