when i was 12 my dad passed away and it was a very difficult time in my life and seeing how you pushed through was inspiring. its been 4 years now for me and it does make you stronger in the long run.
I've been doing martial arts since I was 5 and largely due to covid, but also lack of motivation, I've taken my foot off the peddle and lost a lot of interest. Seeing Brian go through everything, the frustration, the excitement, that feeling when you're exhausted beyond belief but your mind is the sharpest and most focused it's ever been, the tears, the raw emotion, all of it. It's all really reminded me how happy fighting makes me. next time I have the chance I'm going to have a rebuild of my own and I honestly owe it to you for resurfacing these emotions I kinda thought I'd lost. so if this ever reaches you I just want to say thank you Brian, it means more than I can tell you
I can’t lie Brian talking about his mother brought tears to my eyes, Brian I will always support you regardless of what you do now or in your future you’ve done her so proud big guy you’re an inspiration to me and millions everywhere else
Not going to lie, Brian looks fuckin good in that ring. He has this natural swagger to him and looks like he’s having fun in there. These rebuild videos are amazing, my dude. Keep up the good work.
Honestly dude, watching this has helped changed my whole outlook on everything in the immediate future. And I was on the verge of a mental health breakdown today. Thank you so much
Mate I have been struggling with my mental health over the last two years, I cannot tell you enough how much you have helped me! Your voice is helping more than you know. Keep the content coming please Brian❤️
Brian, as someone who suffers from mental illness and depression, I admire you so much. You are really becoming a voice for us blokes that don't feel able to talk about the things that we are feeling and going through. Thank u. Your videos keep me going. Much love from Scotland x
Brian’s shown himself at his strongest here, by showing us him at his weakest. I truly hope no one is cowardly enough to talk about such a transparent man in a negative way. On a side note, I’ve done a bit of boxing and I’m a pretty fit guy and I was gassed out in 2/3 rounds I can only imagine what it’s like for Brian at over 100kgs. Keep going, keep getting stronger inside and becoming a better boxer💪
Having lost my mum at 4 years old, when Brian broke down it brought a tear to my eye. Brian is an inspiration to a lot of people. Keep fighting brother ❤️
Sorry about your loss brother, the reflection of her in you shows how special she was and we need more ppl like that in the world. I feel the same about my mom. Shes the most generous, loving person I know and I cant imagine losing her……..
I’ve just lost my Dad from COVID... He was my best mate. Hope you’re ok fella, I now know how hard it is to lose someone so special in your life. Your Mum and my Dad would be proud of us both, coz we’re what they made us. Much love bro. X
Was a lovely speech about your mum Brian. I lost my dad a few years ago and always find it difficult to open up about it to people so respect to you putting it online for millions to see.
Brian you’re a real inspiration to everyone. I have this same connection with my mum, you’re doing so much for mental health. Opening up and crying on videos like this takes real courage. Mums are incredibly. Fuck me, now I’m crying 💙
I think I speak for everyone here when I say how proud I am of you for continuing on this fitness journey when anyone ( including myself) would just give up but you and your mental strength continue to shine through as you inspire more and more people in your situation. Hope to see a Rebuild 3 in the near future
Brian mate. I haven’t felt this emotional in a long time, almost a ‘numb’ feeling up until I’ve saw this video, your story about your mum, and everything she did and supported u, reminds me of every single moment I shared with my grandad up until we lost him back in 2018. I wanted to say a massive thank you, to sharing your story to not only myself but touching so many others and reminding them of what they have. Keep striving for what u want to achieve. Big love & respect to u
Currently through these terrible times! This has helped me a lot to drive or grab for some sort of motivation lately, especially to be athlete one day! Don’t stop and I hope I meet u one day! Great guy and vid!
True Geordie! I love the raw emotion. It made me feel normal. I recently joined the police force and it was my 4th day of college, and I went for a run that same evening like I always try to do, and I was half way through a tough 5k and for some reason I started crying. Really sobbing like a baby, and it’s because I was proud of myself, and I also thought about those closest to me who made me the person I am today. Tough times, good times, my mother has always been there for me. Going through tough and trying times and giving it your all will bring out raw emotions. With you Brian. Men will cry sometimes. It’s okay 🙌🏻❤️ rest in piece to your mother, she would be so proud of you.
Was not expecting to be welling up watching this! Mate huge respect to you, there's not a lot of people that will push themselves like you've done to better themselves. Your Mum would be immensely proud. Keep it up brother!
Me and my Mum have our differences, our arguments, our stupid differences, but since I watched this I've made sure to let her know how much she means to me. I think people with a loving mother need this sort of reminder in life.
This is the first time I've actually sat down and watched something longer than a few minutes without even reaching for me phone. Fucking brilliant. Would love more
This was so real and honest, I love the rebuild. This is the reality of learning something new. Setbacks moments or doubt, raw emotions. Would love to see another episode. So relatable!

Any man who cries on camera like that is a king 👊👊
It shows true bravery
What if they're a rapist? Just wondering? Thanks

Thank you so much
Hang in there, Josh....

The segment about your mother was so touching. You're doing great Bryan
Truly, I appreciate you, the man your mother raised.
A LEGEND
perfect
hahahahhah
youtubes hottest girls was a classic episode
The hardest men are the ones who aren’t afraid to show there emotions
Your Mother would’ve been so proud, may she rest in peace. This video proved how much of a good heart you have. Inspirational stuff ❤️
🥊💥 The Lockdown Premier we’ve been waiting on! 🥊💥🧠
I love your stuff man you dont understand how much it helps people

Having lost my mum at 4 years old, when Brian broke down it brought a tear to my eye. Brian is an inspiration to a lot of people. Keep fighting brother ❤️

Just watched this recently and want to say that’s it’s unbelievably amazing to watch a man being vulnerable. I’ve got so much respect for you.
100% want another episode Brian. i laughed, cried and loved this all together with you. keep it up mate!
29:00 This is why we all love this man...
Defo bro, keep your head up x
100% mate, keep on moving ❤️
Was a lovely speech about your mum Brian. I lost my dad a few years ago and always find it difficult to open up about it to people so respect to you putting it online for millions to see.
Brian you’re a real inspiration to everyone. I have this same connection with my mum, you’re doing so much for mental health. Opening up and crying on videos like this takes real courage. Mums are incredibly. Fuck me, now I’m crying 💙
hearing you talk about your mum was truley moving, shes so proud of you brian
The most stupid question he asked is "if you's want a third episode I'll do it. Of course we want a third
When he breaks down about his mum, that really touched me😿
Me and my Mum have our differences, our arguments, our stupid differences, but since I watched this I've made sure to let her know how much she means to me.
You really don’t know how lucky you are to have Lawrence in your life. Many of us go through our entire lives without finding a friend like that.
