You got the right attitude. I did my first year there, now making 2k a week hauling a reefer. Is Western crap? Yes. Will they allow you to get a year experience so you can move on? Yes. Get your year in and then start making some real money.

@@kevinoneill7904because when you get Class A , you can drive anything basically. We know theres a couple other classes but it doesnt matter when you have Class A and it depends on where you from too 🤣🤣🤣

It can take a minute sometimes. Make sure you don't leave far from Richmond cuz they'll call you and if you don't pick up they'll give that truck away. Also try Nashville if they'll let u go there to get one.
Yes they do I was having that issue with the other companies that say they hired felons but not active probation. Western Express giving me my chance to get my experience

No western trucks come with inverter. I hear only the new 2024 ones have em. And western hasn't put all of them in service yet.

Trucks come bare minimum. No refrigerator no microwave no apu no inverter. You have to buy your own inverter.

After training I got mine from a repossession

Yes they do hire on probation but your po has to write a letter stating u can travel all 48 states

Find a local school that helps pay for training classes then go to western express
