I can see the fear of Ghidorah and Destroyah when SpaceGodzilla came, I think either they fear him because he is their leader and he has awoken or they knew that if they were close to killing Godzilla they wouldn't have to deal with Space Godzilla's wrath and die. (This is just why theory another reason they fear him is because he is too powerful for the both of them)
