From my pvp tryout, she doesn't feel that good in arena against other meta comps with similar levels. I tried against Blanc-Scarlet, I burst first but my Emilia only nuked 3/4 HP of the other team. They didn't die in the end. My Emilia is MLB 8/8/8 4OLs+5 with 3x atk lines too. I still lost against those teams. There were also times Blanc gives immu to the wrong unit lol. It also wasn't able to nuke Noah-Scalter who has 20k team CP less than mine.. delayed burst attack against Noah invi sounds good on paper but if she fails to nuke their HP to 0%, you will likely lose the match. Most of the time, it fails to nuke them. 😔 I don't think she's that great.. She'll probably be useful only if I need an extra generation but not as main pvp nuker. Scalter, Red Hood, S.Anis and Scarlet are still better pvp nukers.
She still gets countered by Scar and she also wants Blanc or Noah, but I've noticed issues where if she leaves the team alive from her nuke, indeed she loses. She's great for burst gen but as the main nuker, using the characters you mentioned are more consistent.

I don't know why the no 1 guy in your arena group used Liter? She's godlike in almost everything, but pvp isn't one of. Could've used Jackal or Noise instead
