- Apparently the issue involving Cabot Saint Lucia Incorporated's construction on Queen's chain property on the Case En Bas Golf Course project is not the only gripe that a Group of Activists has against the Canadian based developer. The group which comprises St. Lucians who've been living in Canada is calling the Developer and other construction companies to account for a situation where materials transported from a quarry in the Anse La Raye area is compromising the health of community residents.
Nice to know that people are speaking out 👍🏽, I'm supporting them 100%
This is ridiculous, they have no concern for the community. Look how the road is being destroyed look at those open trucks with the dust.
I drove there last week and could not believe the amount of DUST in the air next to these schools. This is not right and the law needs to step in for real.. St. Lucians need to start looking after the public health and put education FIRST... right now business (money) is before education and the schools that are covered in dust when children should be focused and learning and not have to worry about dust and health issues...
The people have to take a stand we support that
The company have a right to cover their trucks up after every load with heavy tarp to make sure not one stone fall on the roads or a speck of dust fly in the air, the law is to lenient on them big companies because they get their cut under the table.
Why don't they hose down the load on the trucks and cover the load with tarps covers to minimize the spread of infections of airborne dust partucles while operating in that community, it obvious they don't live there and don't have any consideration or care for the people. If this were over here in the U.S.A they would be fined and sued for damages. Take action my Lucian people video tape what's happening as evidence.🤔✌🙏
That nonsense just need to stop completely, neither Government are for the people but their pockets.
Everyone wet the part of the road infront your house
That's not right, shame on the Canadians, not even a break on Saturdays and Sundays, please Government do something. You know our health facilities and health is priority in St. Lucia. Shame on the Canadians and out. Government should do something. 😫😞☹️😣😰😥😤😤😤😖😣😷😷🤕🤕😎😎👿😈That contractor don't care,. Karma Karma.
Mmm
