Thanks again for step by step guidance of the process. 🙏 For others, here is the timeline - 20 June 2024: Applied for UK visa. 10 July 2024: Received a rejection mail. 26 July 2024: Submitted a PAP request, providing the justifications. 06 Aug 2024: Received a mail from UK home office, saying that they are reconsidering the application. 14 Oct 2024: Received a mail from VFS, asking to submit the passport.

Hi Harinder, I find your video very helpful. I got my refusal letter yesterday and the issue was with some disparities in my account statement. Actually I have provided explanations for some disparities in the statement which they took into account, also for the remaining disparities, I told them they can contact me and I can provide necessary explanations with proof if required as I did for the other disparities. I didn't provide clarifications to all the disparities as I thought it will result in excessive documentation, and I mentioned it in my application as well. But instead of contacting me they directly refused my application. And now I'm intending to apply for PAP in around 2-3 days. So do I have to attach new statements or can I attach the same statement by providing proper explanations with necessary proof and all?

My starting balance and my closing balance is not clarification and that's why They are not satisfied about my financial circumstances and that's why they refused my visitor visa application. 1. You may file a judicial review if PAP is rejected. 2. I am not expert in PAP, I have heard from numerous people that "It will not affect your future visas." if the document was authentic and not a fraud.

Therefore we will be in contact with you in due course; however please note that reconsiderations are taking at least 3 months. Furthermore it is important to note that an agreement to reconsider does not guarantee a grant of entry clearance. In your Pre Action Protocol letter you state that if this case is not reviewed, you will be commencing proceedings to Judicial Review. I hope this further review of this case and the response given negates the need for you to pursue the matter to Judicial Review.......what are the chances to get visa after 3 months

Bhaji I have applied visitor visa with my family members but got refusal in all the three cases. After that I have applied for PAP on 11.02.23. Mail confirmation was received same date but now one and half month has been passed, I have not received any mail/ reply of my PAP. Should I have to wait for more time or consider that my case has been denied. .. pl reply
You can wait 10-15 more days. Then you can send an email again.

I find your video very helpful.
I got my refusal letter yesterday and the issue was with some disparities in my account statement. Actually I have provided explanations for some disparities in the statement which they took into account, also for the remaining disparities, I told them they can contact me and I can provide necessary explanations with proof if required as I did for the other disparities. I didn't provide clarifications to all the disparities as I thought it will result in excessive documentation, and I mentioned it in my application as well. But instead of contacting me they directly refused my application. And now I'm intending to apply for PAP in around 2-3 days. So do I have to attach new statements or can I attach the same statement by providing proper explanations with necessary proof and all?

I believe the refusal has been withdrawn. Now I have to wait for 3 months.

My starting balance and my closing balance is not clarification and that's why They are not satisfied about my financial circumstances and that's why they refused my visitor visa application. My closing balance was 9 lacs 10 k .After that I did pap 25 June which they received 10 th July. I submitted my Bank statement and FDR encashment cirtificate and payslips last 3 years . All of my documents is authentic. And I think it's sufficient to prove my claim. Sir ji is there any chance to get success outcome? I am about to file PAP. They said we are not clear about your source of funds but I gave everything(bank statement with healthy closing balanace, salary slips, salary certificate from employer). My question if they refuse PAP and we dont want to go in judicial review. Is it okay? and will there be any impact in future If I we apply again with improved documents after some time?
1. You may file a judicial review if PAP is rejected.
2. I am not expert in PAP, I have heard from numerous people that "It will not affect your future visas." if the document was authentic and not a fraud.

I already provided my rental property contract but they said you did not provide dependents docs. I am planning to attach dependent docs as well in PAP.. Documents i explained in video. Just pick the main point of rejection and provide an answer one by one. Attach only required docs.
