Cryo-EM Grid Preparation - Assembling autogrids

This video demonstrates the assembling procedure of autogrids to load samples into the Thermo Fisher Scientific TEM. Girds were clipped with c-clips to c-clip rings in a liquid nitrogen environment.
This video is recorded by the GoPro HERO8. It plays faster than the actual speed to show the overall process quickly to save time.
Please note that this is just a demonstration video. For the actual work, ask cryo-EM specialists, and need to be very careful with safety.
