Today's dish was inspired by veggie breakfast burritos that I got to share w movers in South bay. Did not end up tasing perfectly same but was worth the time and effort 😋 Ingredients (making 3-4 burritos) - tortilla, 4 egg, 6-8 mini potatoes, avocado, (optional) refried beans, shredded cheese 1. dice potatoes mix w olive oil, chilli powder, pepper 2. cook on mid-light heat 3. break eggs w garlic salt and pour into the pan w potatoes 4. put beans and cheese as much as you'd like! 5. assemble (don't put too much filing gets hard to close) and grill it for 30 seconds front and back voila! enjoy hehe
