So true… inefficiency at its finest. Have to go through 4-5 people to find an answer no one has because no one knows what they are supposed to do and they’re all too scared to admit that no one is doing anything because it would expose them. They’ll just ask for more money for another hire to do what they are supposed to be doing in the 1st place.

No! No laws to fix things that people should be RESPONSIBLE for on their own. You need to be aware of what an independent contractor is. Maybe if people would stop expecting all their life to be “playtime”. Laws like that always end up making things WORSE for everyone!
You can be hired for a w2 job but still be considered an independent contractor and not know until you need something or something shady happens. Sure you can find another job but that can take time.

How much does this person get paid a year?? if i work i make sixty to seventy thousand a year if i get twelve hundred hours my health benefits are paid for. I don't get 140 days ayear vacation like you or free healthcare for the rest of my life but my retirement has gone down if i invested the money that has come out of my.pay i would have close to a million dollars in stead my pension has 250 thousand dollars in it now from the 368 thousand i had three years ago. My back is shot and after receiving 60 thousand dollars for the two years i eas out of work for they refused to pay for the schooling i wanted instead they wanted me to learn how to cut hair. That would have decreased my salary by 20 thousand so who wins

Theres cooler control, they turn off certain time of the year and turn on is the downfall cant have your own barbecue, but they do have those you can use they have, with picknick tables. Other than that, its nice here and we have tree's.

At the end of the day Federal minimum wage should be linked to inflation. Starting from its enacted date. Yes it would be painful. As all wages would be required to raise at the same level. As minimum wage would be over $40 an hour. We wouldn't be having this fight. If anything we would see deflation. As a loaf of bread would be pennies. A gallon of fuel would be less than a dollar. Allowing the US to compete with the rest of the world. There is no unimportant job. Every jobs deserves the respect that working it deserves. As robots and AO come on line. There is no job safe. Even Fast food are beginning to eliminate their human workers.

This sounds wonderful your going to enact labor laws to protect children working in lithium mining in India and making them all union members so that they can pay union dues out of there small salaries. As for working as a sub contractor I did that for around 15 years when Clinton and Obama were in office because I liked eating and couldn’t get welfare or food stamps I did get injured in a car accident my attorney did get my medical bills paid for and my rehab nurse sent me to the food banks where in ended up working for a few groceries but no money and now you want to ban all of that years ago some Mexicans would work in the fields and they would give them a bottle of wine for wages or so I’ve been told I’m 68 and worked doing farm work in California and Pennsylvania and I’ve never seen any blacks Mexican or orientals doing farm work except in movies and on TV all of the farm workers I’ve met were white usually Irish and German I do know one black guy who worked sort of farm work it was at a winery near Grass Valley California. I did get a union job doing in home health care for $12 an hour but I had to pay 30% of my pay every week to the union they said that since I was in the union I could get a discount on ocean cruises but I still had to work at the food bank to get food to eat I never could figure out where I could get enough extra for a cruise let alone the transportation to get to the cruise line. But thanks to all the hard work and volunteering to get food I ended up ruining my health losing my home and ended up having to move in with my brother he worked for the government for years so he didn’t do to badly. And what I’d like to know is just haw much of these millions of dollars are you guy going to skim off for yourself and the other Democrats in charge?
