Your videos were really helpful when I got my IGC a few months back. One thing I noticed when studying and looking at the forums provided by the learner partner I went with was of course there were a lot of non-native speakers. The NEBOSH exams are in fact, I think, a lot like the IELTs exams (which non-native speakers take prior to say studying abroad.) You need the knowledge but it's just as much about studying HOW to read and answer the questions.
IELTs classes don't teach you English, they 'teach,' you how to take the test.
Even for me, as a native English speaker, I would catch myself answering a question but later when reviewing realise that some of my points were not in fact what the question asked and I had gotten off track. Reading, re-reading and re-reading again the questions and command words is really important.

Would've been great if you gave an answer and a possible mistake that could have been made if selecting was overlooked
Those answers are addressing management of the contractors and NOT the selection!
