Beautiful Boden wrap! "Moon" refers to Abraham Moon, a mill that makes heritage wool fabric in Great Britain. The fabric is very expensive ($20/mt wholesale, $40/mt retail). Typically brands use it in a limited run of styles because the price of the fabric makes for a high retail item. Comparable mills you may be familiar with are Linton (famously makes tweeds for Chanel) and Harris Tweed (heritage Scottish fabrics).

I have a vintage wool Pendleton robe that is in excellent condition gorgeous condition. I only have a listed for $70 to move it I could easily list it for $150, someone sent me a $22 offer girl I hit that decline button so fast sometimes it’s just disrespectful IDK if people realize that or they just don’t care! I often block low ballers ...because one time I had a gorgeous mens shirt territory ahead in excellent condition the shirt retailed for 69 ... I had it listed for 32 , He offers me 8 um I would be in the red if I sold that low . I declined, Then he comes back a week or so he later with a 25 dollar offer I reluctantly accepted . I wrap it up nice he gets it makes me wait 3 days to get paid, Then he rates me 2 because he said I photoshopped the shirt to look blue and not green, First my pictures were clear 2nd very first line I wrote in the olive green color family 3rd what seller would purposely change the color of a shirt easy way to get a case opened on that seller from a buyer 4th I have no idea who will buy my shirt and what color they like ..personally I like green over blue but lesson learned ... Low ballers get blocked from buying my item . I do not want buyers who have sour grapes because I did not accept their low ball offer buying my used item so they can nit pick it to death

I had a prize that $50 she commented on that and a couple other of my listings saying that I was over priced and that she had one cheaper in her store who does that? So of course I clicked on her name and went to her page. She only had 32 listings. Maybe she was new to Poshmark IDK but she was so rude to go on my page and do that. Even crazier. It happened at night time while I was sleeping and a couple of people had seen her comment and they went off on her.

Many of my items I sourced retail arbitrage and I pay up or they were mine and I paid full price thinking I would wear them and then menopuase hit and well I am never going to be a size 4 , 6 or even 8 ahain
I am a huge sucker for NWT items lol. At the bins, I'll grab every one I see (as long as it's not a Walmart brand or something). Worst case if it doesn't sell, a BST will take it lol
Prayers for your family. I have been my dads caregiver for the last month when we found out he has been diagnosed with dementia. Its so hard to watch someone so strong fight for their life.
For faded clothes try Perwoll. I've on found it on Amazon. It's fairly expensive but it works. It makes faded dark colors darker but doesn't affect the whites and lighter colors on a garment. I don't know how or why it works and the ingredients are either not listed or are in another language (maybe German) but it works pretty well.

Mine is 27 and I'm turning 60...and you look decades younger than me 🙃 I bought a Justin Bieber circa 2010 concert tee as a kind of a joke (but his haircut WAS really sweet 😋), and I resold it as one of my quickest flips ever! Gotta love the outrageous things that find a good home.

He is a neuroscientist who has proven through science that we have the ability to heal ourselves, through visualization & thought. I know it sounds crazy, but if I knew 28 years ago, what I know now I am pretty sure my father would still be alive. It certainly doesn’t hurt to try, right?

I love Rag & Bone jeans, but they run SO big! It’s difficult to buy them online without trying them on because of this. I normally wear a 26, but have to buy a 23 or 24 to fit me & even then they vary. I better step into the current trends because I am still wearing my skinny jeans, lol. Sigh… lol.
Hi Lori,..can you please help me 🙈..I just cross listed some of my ebay items to Posh about a week ago, and I got an email from posh stating that I'm missing original price on my listings, we do estate clean outs, so our price is our work on the clean outs..And 80% of all our items are vintage, cloths,hardgoods,toys,linens. How would I go about finding the original prices?
That store went up on their prices again last week. Unfortunately I didn't know until I was at the register because I definitely wouldn't have picked up alot of the items at the new prices. It's a pretty big jump in prices 😥
It's kinda funny...demand is down for non necessities but the thrift stores have all gone up in prices. Typically lower demand means you should lower prices. I hope that store survives.
Great haul! These Boston thrift hauls are my favorite! I am glad to hear your Dad is home! I feel the same way about Rag & Bone and Frame. I usually will pass on the small sizes and skinnies and they don’t sell fast for me. I think I prefer Frame over Rag & Bone. I remember the excitement of finding those brands and how it could make your thrift trip an amazing trip! Now they are meh! Spiritual gangster sells okay for me but I don’t get much for it so it’s another one of those brands I leave behind. I never pick up OV leggings anymore, I can’t move them but I still think all these brands are good quality and would be good pieces for anyone who may want to wear them.
