Could at least get someone with some appreciable amount of time on the job.
When they say that they like operating the equipment because “it’s fast and loud”, while not even mentioning working at different locations in all kinds of weather or the back pain and unions…. you’re giving people about 5% of the information they need and this style of job marketing is only going to entice silly teens wanting to “go fast and be more involved”.
    She’ll probably last 6 months. 👌

Thanks for the feedback, Jax. The Trade Talk video series is often shown in high schools and career fairs, and aims to show young people that they, too, can get into the industry. We often feature new entrants into the industry so young people can envision themselves in the role. The trades are hoping to recruit more young people, newcomers and Indigenous Manitobans into the industry, as well as those of any age looking for a new and exciting career opportunity. The Trade Talk series provides a small taste of what's involved. 👌
