I don’t know when this episode was recorded so not sure if the wedding has taken place yet, but Josh I hope the wedding is/was everything you wanted and more and that everything turns out lovely. Wishing you and McKenzie a lifetime of continued happiness and love. Congratulations and best wishes! Hope Seth’s speech was halfway decent 😊
Gosh darn, I love this episode! He is a fascinating man. I'm mixed race background and of the same age, so I know it must have been a culture shock on their return to the US. But the theatre was his balm and protection. Thank you for sharing Meyers brothers. Thank you, Giancarlo. I am looking forward to reading the memoir. Happy wedding and happy marriage Josh.
What a fascinating and classy gentleman Giancarlo Esposito is. I love when the guests were born outside of the US and come from a variety of cultural backgrounds and career paths. It's wonderful to listen to different perspectives. And I cannot believe I've been saying his name wrong all these years 😅
Josh - Best wishes for your wedding weekend. Song at the end was funny and perfect. I recently finished listening to all the episodes, now I'm caught up to real time. You are both the best thing going.
re trippers v tripsters... I admit the first time I heard the podcast, I was expecting an upbeat theme song, maybe related to Yakety Sax (def tripster vibe) but after hearing the mellow sounds of Mr. Tweedy, I thought, oh yeah, very trippy indeed, maybe even an ingredient in the writing of it, so trippers sounds about right... thanks for taking us along for the ride
I always feel like this podcast is a therapy session for most guests - in a good way.

I look forward to hearing the Meyers stories about Josh’s wedding on the annual Late Night Thanksgiving show.
JOSH! 2 things: (1) congratulations! 🍾🥂 (2) You outdid yourself with your song at the end!
Great interview and I can't wait to read his memoir now! And Josh, you really outdid yourself on that song! Bravo!

Tripsters 🌻🌻🌻
The David is in Florence
where's this live thing?
It was a live chat on RUclips two weeks ago for the Josh Gad episode. Hopefully they’ll do another one again soon.
Well now I just want to be a Fripper
I know right, Trippies was my suggestion but now I'm really digging Frippers lol
Congratulations Mr Gov Newsome😂
Wow, this episode had some really sad, horrific abuse. I feel so bad that Giancarlo thinks it taught him good things. 😢
Seth and Josh, of course your parents want (and deserve) full credit for you boys, they are even funnier than you, the funny gene must exist.
