I used to have what I thought was a friend move to Las Vegas and commited the same crime, his sister ended up texting me to inform me what happened, he and two other people broke into a 70- year old man's home, tied him up, robbed him of all his valuables, and then shot the man in the head. He was 18 at the time and is in prison for life, threw his life away before it even got started.

I don't think plea agreements should be allowed in cases like this. It should be one of two outcomes in all 50 states, the "death" penalty OR "hard time". By "hard time" I mean life with NO parole possibility EVER, NO appeal rights, working in the fields supplying the prison food, NO luxury items within the prison, NO visitation, etc, etc, etc.... People don't want to live that way, then DO NOT commit these horrible acts of violence against others.

As far as the death penalty is concerned, I guess I'm in the minority. Death is the easy way out. I'd rather see them spend life in prison w/o parole. A lifetime of being in fight or fight mode is worse than the release of death. Never a real moment of peaceful sleep, always needing to look over your shoulder 24/7. Possibility of having them cheeks taken. 40+ years of that is real torture.

Oh and try to get pictures of the inside of Montgomery county courthouse in Pennsylvania that is the most badass courtroom I have ever seen in my criminal career it's literally all rows and cherry wood from one end of the room to the other with wall coverings in rosewood and cherrywood and everything interlocks together and it goes all the way up to the ceiling and then the ceiling itself is covered all with intricate carvings crown moldings it's beautiful man see if you can find pictures of that I know you're interested in courtrooms
