Nathan blows my mind he can do anything
@@torino71torino a very talented chap. 💯
as far as I know he is a mechanic so he should be able to build cars .so you should expect him to know something about cars
That he can ..nate had ford ranger with a 351 at 16 years old ..
Nathan & Doug have been a great addtion to the team😎🍀
Nathan you are awesome with your fabrication.. Great vision in designing
Nate is a excellent a excellent Fabrication Mechanic, it was Bad Chad's lucky day when Nate joined the team !!!
Nate needs to ask for a raise Chad wouldn't know what to do without him
Nate is quiet the thinking man. He has a high mechanical aptitude. Keep up the good work Nate.
It’s great that Jolene and Chad have assembled a team that are able to work on multiple projects!
Nate seems super interested in the rv, think you should give him a great deal on it
Nat's mechanical knowledge is asounding👍👍
Old school
BONUS episode: ruclips.net/video/fAKvSQTpG4I/видео.html
that lift outside is screeming for for some more fluid
What a dream team they have assembled. All four of them keep perfecting their own particular craft / job assignment. It's awesome to see Hiltz grow and develop.
The underside of the floor looks great. Great to see Team Hiltz working so great together . Nate's design of the clutch and brake pedal assembly looks interesting and the old school mechanics process.
A new lift for safety should be on your shopping list.
@@robertthomas5590 And a rotisserie!
What’s wrong with the lift?! They were not designed to be installed outdoors, but it works fine.
Nath is the real deal
Nathan is a genus. Always thinking and doing custom work.
That 3rd pad not seating is a huge indication of how far out of true the sub-frame is. There must be a tremendous load introduced in bolting it down to the chassis. Not being critical, it’s a rat rod.
That's because there was 2×4's on the other 3 pads but not that 1. 😉✌
@@michaelbristol6467 I did not notice that, I’ll go ahead and nominate this build for a Riddler!
Can't tell with the lift not level
The frame still looks twisted in the front
WOW, you've got a good eye 👁 man. To be able to see on a video, a twist in the front of Chad's car is just extraordinary.
Well done you.
If you assuming the lift was level.
There is water puddling up same side
Nathan is a genius when it comes to fabrication skills, better hold on to that lad and pay him good bucks. His skills are at another level.
Chad, you should clean up the metal and get rid of all the dirt and oil and crap! before you weld a seam up. That's why there's so much persosity in your weld, all those impurities will also weaken your weld.
Nate really likes that Chief. My Grandad was a dealer here in the states in the 70's i used to love playing inside them as a kid.
Nate does a great job but with the leakage being mounted solid to the body the clutch pedal is going to move up and down as the engine rocks back and forth on the rubber mounts that's why the old car mounted the pedal to the frame not the body.
DUGS A LEGEND,
Chad let the man have his story . You kept cutting in.
I would think that as quick as you are at welding in patches that it would save you time to cut out the thin metal & weld in a good patch.
He's leaving the patina rat look. Won't look right with new patches. 😉✌
Foot peddles seem so....well, pedestrian and but they need to work smoothly every time and be strong. So kudos to Nate! This build looks great and it has a good chance of driving well.
Nate is an old school mechanic genius, they are fast disappearing.
Looking good man Nate did a beautiful job on the clutch pedal set up he can make stuff from nothing I like that I’m the same way you guys are all amazing good to see you guys used the lift instead of your backs :) take care going to see if jimbo posted any videos
Chad + the Hiltz gang, several projects coming to fruition without a script or fake drama! It's refreshing to witness! Thanks + Cheers all around!
You should have said “Nate will explain the brake system to you…while I talk over him” .
Correct!👍
Nate does not explain too well all Chad is trying to do is help him. there is really no need for the sarcasm
@@clivefisher2335Chad knows it All after explains.nate explains very if you're a car and have done it before SMH
@@gil6439 rubbish
@roymilton426 nope, he is believe it or not a quiet guy is a bit shy who doesn't talk a lot and let's his hands and mind do all the talking, and Chad understands that . Chad in no way wants to take credit for what Nate does! Cmon guys let's get real here.
Nice stance and the clutch fittings look great.
With all the money he makes on You tube he should install a new lift for safety.
He's to cheap to buy a new lift
@@oldrider1330how he has a low ceiling
He doesn’t sell his cars for big $$. He also has employees to pay. He may want to use money for other things.
At least put some oil in @@stevejacobsen1872
He needs to change his name to Cheap Chady junk builds 😂@George-tz1cv
if this is your dream car….okay…. but what about jolene bugatti?
Great Filming Jolene for this episode.
big question , will it get finished ?
Nope
Depends on what you consider finished and Chad considers finished.
No
YES.. BUT WHO WILL GET TO DRIVE IT !?!?!?
Is Nate and Doug being paid?
😂 really??? Of course come on man. 😉✌
I'm willing to bet it isn't much
you'd love to know wouldn't ya!
@@Welder-y5x Me, I'm too concerned with $500 a week to feed my own family. I'm sure they get paid decent obviously or they wouldn't be there. They aren't doing it for fun I guarantee ya that! 😉✌
G'day Jolene,
Your camera work is exemplary. I've been able to put into practice what I've learnt on this channel.
In welding and basic metal skills.
Thank you for sharing the knowledge.
✌️ Peace from Melbourne Australia.
Great to see the team working un unison together , keep it up guys and Jolene of course 👍
Project is coming along nicely… great teamwork!
Knowing that all those dents on that body could easily be pounded out it’s seriously messing with my ocd for those dents being there this long…🤣🤣🤣
😂😅Me too!
It’s a race car boys
What dents? Haha
Me too, my friend
@@BruceWitcpalek-ws1rh a race car. With a factory flathead. Cmon son.. a race car would have a little bit more goin on under the hood then that, a flathead having 60-80 hp. 100 hp maximum.. I wouldn’t consider that a race car but hey, say whatever makes ya feel good 🤣
The car is looking outstanding Chad and Jolene 👍👍
I've always wanted to build a hotrod but couldn't afford to. Keep up the good work chad
Spentaneous engineering at it's BEST...... !!! I've owned over 42 cars..... Your ideas are are beyond Unique..... I'm always amazed by the "originailty" and effort !
good job Wizard!
Slow down, don't rush because of chad
Might be time to do some repairs on the lift or invest in a new one.
I'm eating my dinner as I do every night watching this show it's very entertaining and very educational

You guy's sure make a good team, this build is really coming along nice. Jolene you have really brought some excellent change with you. Great business sense. Chad, Doug, and Nate work very well together as well. Good eye!
50 more pounds of weld.
Your little woman does an excellent job of filming 🎥. You guys kick ass
Jolene you make the show love your creativity with the camera ❤
Nathan is awesome
You should spend a little time and repair that lift. Overhaul.
Yeah?, you volunteering to go fix it?
Nice work guys
The under part of the car looks so professional and a credit to some amazing work.🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍
Good stuff Chad. Looking good.
Watching from Maine. It still seems cool to me whenever I hear this state mentioned anywhere. Most don't even know we exist, haha.
Go for it Team Hiltz 👁 🐅 👌
Regarding the clutch linkage, the top shaft with the arms welded to it would be considered a Bellcrank.
Looking good Hiltz team keep rocking
Nathan and Doug are great and need more thanks for there work chadles!
I would love to have that car!
Get in line pal!🤣😂🤣
All the keyboard warriors on here talk in a big game watching you do all the work.

No fancy waterjet or mega dollar shop and high dollar tools. Just blood, sweat and tears. Awesome.
Sweat it don't get hot enough up there for them to sweat they don't know what's sweating is
Why the big notch in the frame and not in the floor for the rear axle
Love the show.Y.F.😊
Thanks Chad 😊
What a great opportunity for someone to sponsor the show with a new hoist
@@Welder-y5x so you don’t want to advertise and grow your business?

Nate is a wizzard!
Beautiful chop! Your time spent might even be faster if you had a rolling table or bench to do piece work on. Enjoyed the detailed explanations, thanks!
Years ago they called it a Z bar
