The Hobgoblin is one of my favorite villains in terms of aesthetics. Like if I could be a hero or villain. I’d like to have a mix of powers/abilities like Doctor Doom. I’d love a power set of: - flight/superhuman abilities/energy + quantum manipulation & blasts (Thor, Adam Warlock, Captain Marvel etc.) - armor/gadgets/repulsers (Green Goblin, Doom, Batman, etc.) as well as retractable X-23/Wolverine blades - supernatural/magic/reality manipulation (Moon Knight, Doctor Strange, Doom, Thor, Adam Warlock, Scarlet Witch etc.) - combat/MMA training (Daredevil, Batman, Nightwing, Wolverine, Winter Soldier, Moon Knight etc.) - weapon skills (Punisher, Deadpool, Winter Soldier etc.) - ultra intelligence (Reed Richards, Kang The Conqueror, Victor Von Doom, Peter Parker, Bruce Banner, Tony Stark etc.) - a goblin glider/hooded cape + a cool mask/goggles combo (Hobgoblin & Winter Soldier) Basically I’d like to be Doctor Doom mixed with Hobgoblin & Adam Warlock with also street-level martial arts training, weapon/gadget accuracy, & reality manipulation.
This episode make me realize why it easy to predict what happen in Spiderman: Far From Home.... turn out, i watch this episode as a kid and that movie make me knew what Spiderman should do to defeat Mysterio. Like, i was shouting at the tv screen "Use your Spider Sense, Spiderman!"
So eggs are usually symbols of parenthood, adolescence, and rebirth. The fact that Norman is specifically crushing a hard boiled egg seems like he’s fashioning himself as a mentor to Peter while also crushing him. Very fitting
I also feel like a hard boiled egg could be considered an "efficient" breakfast since it's the quickest to prepare and eat and you could've used said egg for a breakfast to savor with sunnyside or scrambled. IDK tho, my first thought when I saw this episode was "man, Norman Osborn would eat a hard boiled egg"
Everytime i see mysterio i get reminded of a "superheroes texting" meme in which spiderman is warning daredevil about mysterio and Daredevil just goes "nah he was just standing there, yelling like 'you will never find the real mysterio' and i just punched him in the face".

The exclusive freelance contract might’ve been Jonah’s was of helping Peter and May after May’s heart attack because that only happened like two weeks ago. Also this may have been his version of a holiday bonus since Christmas is coming up.
Peter's love life in this show is pretty true to the comics. He has been involved in a lot of love triangles. There was Betty and Liz back on his high school days and in his early college days Gwen and M.J. competed with each other for Peter. Having Gwen, Liz, and Mary Jane in his high school and Black Cat does allow the show to dive into a lot of the major Spidey love interests and switch up any love triangles or squares they want to use.
The season of the actors, so many people putting on performances and acting their assessment off. Also, the gargoyle gremlins that Mysterio summon need their own show
The voice actor of the Tinkerer voices Clarion, the Chaos Demon from Young Justice. The character you guys "hate" from that show haha. He has the cat familiar.
Man, it's been so long since they reacted to Young Justice, and they haven't continued to season 4. What is wrong with Patreon subs? But I honestly don't want them to continue Young Justice. They don't understand the lore much, and it's been SO long. They won't remember anything
@@yudhazacharias9377 Yeah, and if I'm being completely honest, I don't think they even know about it. Season 4 was marketed that great, so I don't think they know about it
Reaction,he even said it in the next episode,so there was no reason for him to give that look at Liz.I'd like the show better if Gwen wasn't into Peter.I wonder how she would've found out his identity.
Probably my favorite episode overall. Right away it tries to outdo the previous season's Spectacular-ness with the fight scene, and Mysterio (the 'master of talking about himself in the 3rd person') being a colossal ham is always hilarious. Even better, all his spells are song lyrics in Latin- ('I can't get no satisfaction!' 'Stop in the name of love!').
Tecnically Peter being and rizz expert is canon, for a long time the fight was betwen Mary Jane and Gwen fans, but Lizz is tecnically his first crush, and in the comics he actually dated betty brand (dont worry they where closes in age when that happen) also Black cat, a few civilians, all gorgeous of course, and if we include superheroes the list becomes a lot more impresive: he date Captain marvel, Mockinbir, He tecnically never dated Jessica Jones but she study in the same school and have a masive crush on him, and if we include Ultimate spiderman he eve go out with Kitty Pride from the X-men. I will include Silk, but more that rizz that como from feromone horniness. Anyway, the point is that is incredible funny but one of the characters people more relate to be geeky and unlucky has probably one of the bigges boddy count of all the marvel universe
Peter is starting to get his life back on track now that he’s back at ESU! And we get to see the first appearance of Mysterio and Miles Warren (shoutout to Xander Berkeley and Brian George)
Weisman planned to make Mary Jane Peter's main love interest eventually but he wanted to imitate their romance in the comics and their parallel character development, whereby both of them would mature with Romantic False Leads (Mark Allen for MJ, Liz and Gwen for Peter) before starting their relationship for real.
Yeah. That's right. Except by the fact that Gwen was not a fake love, dude. She died because of Green Goblin and a mistake of Spider-Man. Stan Lee himself said once that Gwen was Peter's true love. Of course, MJ becomes the love of his life in the end of the day, but sometimes I have the feeling that they had to kill Gwen because she was the perfect match for him... And I don't think there would be space for MJ with Gwen around...
It makes me wonder how long the show would have been if it wasn’t cancelled. Peter and Gwen would’ve been atleast a season away from getting together, so I can’t see mj and Peter getting together until season 5-6.
Straight up the Spidey-Sense scene might be my favourite in the entire show, and people talking about the one in FFH without mentioning this never ceases to piss me off

Eric should play Spider-Man Shattered Dimension, because in that (and its taken from a history in the comics) Spider-Man 616 makes tons of web hammers and maces and fists for fighting. It’s quite fun. I get why they have kind of dropped that in the modern day because its hard to justify how he’s doing stuff like that. Like a baseball mitt or web fists is one thing, but like say he made a Web Igloo to blow up in a shockwave like in Neversoft Spider-Man… you could never justify that now xD
I think the egg was a reference to a film starring Robert DeNiro and Mickey Rourke called Angel Heart, in which Deniro’s character is making a deal while rolling a boiled egg to crack it and peel it. I wont spoil the movie, it is worth the watch, but knowing the Full context of the reference makes that spidey scene more nefarious.
Over a month late, but : You guys are missing out on a lot by not being comic readers. For example; Spider-Man frequently made items with his webbing.
