Cold War is def my fav out the last 5 cods. It got a lot of hate at launch but the game was made in just 8 months during a pandemic. Cold War had the best melees, finishers, camos, and game modes like 3v3 knife fight and gunfight tournaments. Way better than MW2 and Vanguard IMO.
Yep. Not as good as black ops 4 but other than that one of the best games released since black ops 2.

i unfortunately never unlocked any executions in cold war, but I enjoyed mostly everything else

I like running 2 Tomahawks & Ballistic knives. Baseball Bat can make enemies rage. My favorite finishing move is the axe from behind in the enemies backside & you drag them forward to the ground. Enemies don't like to be shown in "Best Play" where all the players can see the execution. LOL

Cold War executions are also great especially the nut kicking one but I prefer Vanguard's executions like Kong's yeet.

I love cold war but I'm unfortunately not playing it anymore cuz of my luck with matches including zombies and multiplayer but one execution I think you should check out is where Klaus lifts up the player and you just run up to him and drag down with a knife. The way to get that is by buying weavers disciple skin
The basketball bat had awesome lunge on it and the Klaus finisher is one of my favorite

Josh there’s a glitch where if you make a melee class with the swords and save it as a blueprint then replace it with a Tonfa class that’s the same name and the. Switch it back you’ll have a kodachia with the speed of the tonfa

Cold War was the game that got me back into COD. I hadn’t played since BO1. I then bought Vanguard and MW2 in the hopes it would be as great as Cold War and was sorely mistaken 😔

I have this game in physical and in virtual form (latter don't know how 😅), I'm curious if multi and/or zombies works without PS+ because I won't pay extra money just so I can play with other players. That's why I play Warzone 1 and 2 like a sweaty, eventhough I'm just a casual player

I got this primarily for Zombies, very fun and refreshing experience from playing MW2 for all of these months. I really dig the movement in this game, definitely feels more like a the classic games while also have some notable differences from the classics. Im not touching MP as I’ve heard the SPMM is ridiculous in this game. Im perfectly fine with that as I’m mainly playing this for zombies.
Honestly once I fully level up the new guns in MW2 and get the camo challenges done for em, I’m going to just play this instead. This is a better game than MW2. Not saying MW2 is terrible but it could’ve been so much better. It’s just disappointing that current infinity ward just seems out of touch with the player base. Treyarch seems like they haven’t really changed much since black ops 3. I generally have liked the black ops series (except for black ops 4 for obvious reasons). I’m glad I downloaded this for free. Honestly once MW2s life cycle ends, it’ll be my last IW game as I honestly don’t like the direction they are going in. Im not interested in anything with sledgehammer, but im willing to still support Treyarch. They haven’t lost that touch.

Cold War was the closest thing we’ve gotten from Treyarch to a BO2 remaster. Quite a few BO2 maps show up. I know WMD was a BO1 map though, definitely one of my favorites.

Repairs with Klaus has gotta be one of if not the best executions ever. Just seeing Klaus grab the enemy and pick them up while you launch yourself at the enemy and drag the knife through their torso
