Ingredients:
- 2 onions
- 3 potatoes
- 1 glass of water (1 cup)
- 200 g (7 oz) wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) of kefir or yogurt
- Salt and pepper
- Fry oil
For the sauce:
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Parsley
- Paprika
