私も車中泊を始めたのは、登山がきっかけです。早朝に登り始めるので、ホテルに泊まるのがもったいないというのがその理由。登山に興味があるなら、そうですね、西湖まで行けるなら、大弛峠に車を停めて金峰山とかどうでしょう。初心者でも楽に登れるし、山頂には絶景が待ってますよ☺

A while ago I stumbled upon some car camping videos by another Japanese RUclipsr, then in my recommendations a South Korean camper showed up and now the other day one of your videos was recommended. I have now watched some of your videos on my TV using Chromecast. I find them really serene and soothing. I have really built an apetite for camping. I used to camp a lot with my parent as a kid. My dad even owned his own caravan company selling caravans and some house vans. Later he worked as marketing director for Subaru in our country and had close relations to Subaru in Japan. He was in Japan for various business trips. Sadly he passed away in 2013 and I miss him a lot.
I had watched some videos from USA before, where people transform various vans into like stealth camping vans. Looking like ordinary working vans from the outside, but inside has all kinds of comfortable stuff. However I often felt it did not feel like camping and being closer to nature. They felt a bit too much like an ordinary home with all modern amenities included. I did like the off-the-grid feeling they had with solar panels and all, but they felt a bit, like not primitive enough, or not back to nature, if you understand what I mean? I want camping to feel more "raw" and "natural", not like you have an apartment on wheels. Your N-Van has that nice feeling to it. A more laid back and relaxed feeling.
I like fishing and it's funny you mention that, as I was thinking about that just as I watched one of your other videos. My thought was "why do not any of the campers I have seen in Japan and South Korea also fish?" since I think that would fit perfectly with this lifestyle. Where I live, once a year a fish called Horned Pike swims past in big shoals. They swim all the way from Asia to lay eggs here, then swim all the way back. During that period you can like catch 30 a day, but only for short period in April each year and mostly only when the sun is shining. Those days are great for fishing that particular fish. It would fit perfectly in your videos with some fishing, then cooking the fresh fish and eat it.
I also tried to find your bands songs (since you mentioned that in one video). I did find a channel called Haguchi with 8 songs/videos on it. Is that the correct band? I don't use any subscription services like Spotify. I don't use any social media like twitter, twitch, instagram, facebook etc. RUclips is the only thing I use to watch videos. You barely show your face in your videos, so I wonder if you are the girl on the bass? It's the only haircut that matches your videos. Very nice songs. I used to be a DJ many years ago, but no more. Nowdays I listen a lot to more like instrumental music in the style of the music to "The Lord Of The Rings" soundtrack, "Braveheart" soundtrack, "Bear McCreary - Adama FamilyTheme Suite (wander my friend)", some celtic style music, "Loreena McKennit - Bonny Portmore", "Two Steps From Hell". I have always liked "Kitaro" and "Ryuichi Sakamoto". I also like rock like "Soundgarden", "Temple Of The Dogs", "Pearl Jam", as well as some "Metallica", "Guns'n'Roses", "Within Temptation - Ice Queen", "Evanescence", "Danzig - Mother" etc. "Prince" is my all time favourite artist and I watched him live many times while he was still alive. I actually listen to a whole range of different music.
I was sad to hear in one of your videos that your style of car the N-Van is not made in green anymore. I could actually think of saving up for one eventually. One of the other Japanese RUclipsrs had one as well and I really like the combination of it's colour with wood and metal utensils. It fits perfectly with wood, brown, khaki, grey and black utensils and details with the green.
I also heard you say you used to have a hard time waking up early, but not when out in nature. I feel the same. In cities I prefer to be up at night. The magic of the dark and having candles lit and the atmosphere of just some dim lights. Also less people around and less noises made by people. The magic disappears when daylight comes. However out in nature it's almost magical when early mornings and the fog from wet grass and the sun starts to mix. Also the sounds made in the forest during daylight is so much more soothing than sounds in the city during daytime.
In any case, very nice videos. I have to go to my computer if I want to comment, or click like. I can't do that when watching via chromecast to the TV, sitting in my sofa, but I will continue to watch your videos as they make me feel calm when I am sitting in my home. Almost like being out in nature myself. Not exactly the same, but better than just sitting here. At least I can dream I am not sitting here but out in nature somewhere. I really enjoy watching various places in nature that you visit. I have never been to Japan myself, only Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Malyasia, so far in Asia. I hope to one day visit Angkor Wat in Cambodia, The Philippines and Japan. Take care for now and happy travels and camping. Like Mr. Spock from the planet Vulcan in Star Trek would say "Live long and prosper". 🖖

I grew up driving Toyotas. Then in my 20s I drove European cars but they were expensive to maintain. So I drove a Honda for 10 years. Now Im back to driving Toyotas.

I live in the Philippines, so there are many coffee bean stores. We have some really interesting coffee growing areas. Unfortunately, the local demand is so high we can’t export. I was hoping to sell beans from here to Japan but there is not enough volume to do it.
