This was part of an advertising campaign for the Japanese snack company Koikeya. They wanted to use the concept of "freedom and individuality" to sell chips. It was done in 2016, so early in AG!'s career. You see AG! eating the chips at the beginning and the writing on the black board asks "What does youth taste like?" The video then shows some scenes where young people are experiencing the strong emotions of youth ie "seishun" and AG collect the tears of the people and use them to produce some "flavour of youth" chips. They give them to the old jaded teacher and they remind him of his own youthful happy and sad emotions. The song's lyrics are about the boring routine of school and AG say that people should have self confidence and enjoy every moment of their lives, even quadratic equations. It's not saying you should skip school, but that you should approach it with optimism and enjoy it and that you should have that attitude about everything ie keep your "seishun".

Your reaction.. is hilarious! The bossy shouting teacher was the actor who was gutted by Go Go in Tarantino's Kill Bill Vol.1 😁
