The beginning where they asked the prisoners their childhood dreams was beautiful, brilliant way to rehumanize a group of society that's so heavily demonized. They were all innocent children once who unfortunately were given the short end of the stick, growing up in traumatic situations. Everyone deserves another chance.
These ladies are really smart. If they weren't in prison and weren't charged with crimes and were on the wrong side of the tracks, they would have made good lawyers or doctors or executives.

They can still be doctors and lawyers 🥰 and there are plenty of examples of leaders and executives who have came from behind these walls
