2. do revision and active recall
3. avoid and cut distraction properly
4. run behind big happiness/success rather than small distraction/happiness.
5. there's no shortcut in getting success
6. put down your mobiles and social medias.
7. don't procrastinate
8. watch good content only
9. don't be lazy.
10. respect your parents and their emotions and feelings>
11. maintain mental diet
12. positive affirmation. instead of procrastination
13. increase your focus/attention span to 1.5 hours. and take breaks for 15/20 minutes.
14. take responsible breaks. not indulge in irrelevant things
15. limit just watching motivational videos. (max 1 video/day) and actually implement them. don't just binge watch motivational things
