  • @chris_cabalona
    @chris_cabalona  11 лет назад

    good question :)
    If you dont have any skinny jeans on hand, flip your baggy jeans inside out then try it on. Get a marker and try mark how you want your skinny jeans to fit.

    Take a fabric marker and wear your jeans inside out. Pinch at the seams to find your desired width at the calves and mark with the marker. Straight pin it and sew it but make sure it connects with the seams you didn't alter. After make sure cut the excess and iron your seams. Ironing will make the seams flat and not bunch up randomly.

    It would we good to also vut off fabric from the jnside. Take the same amount off from the inseam width as the outseam width, to make them skinnier.

    If you dont have a pair of skinny jeans... wear your jeans inside out and get a marker.. You then mark how skinny you want your jeans to be.. If you are so afraid that it will fall apart then sew it 2 to 3 times :)

    Okay, I figured it out. What if I don't have a template (a pair of skinny jeans) to work with? Also, how strong will the smallest stitch width hold up with only one run of sewing? I'm afraid it will fall apart when I sit down or whatever.
    Sorry, I'm new to the sewing game.
