Nice video again Rob, you will discover there are huge differences in the way the courts work, when a civilian breaks the law by, say spitting at an officer, they are brought in front of the court within weeks, if not days, but when you try to bring a Police officer before the court it takes months, if not years, where is the Justice in that? The Police force and courts protect Police officers denying justice for the General Public.
@buggeroff The police are not a clean as you may think, some of them are Sex offenders, Thieves, and complete Criminals and, just like the general public should be prosecuted with the FUILL force of the law and held to account, so do not be led by the nose that they are above the law.
I wish I knew you a few years back when the Police jumped me and snatched my camera for filming them going overboard arresting a 16 year old. They brought my phone back 2 week later and low and behold the vid was deleted. Lucky I knew how to retrieve the vid and have the undeleted footage here that I may edit and upload one day. 20 police for 1 lad.
It's ironic that people were being fined for covering their faces whilst walking past police surveillance vans testing it's latest face recognition technology and now they're fining people for not covering their faces.
Indeed. The BIGGEST problem in policing is that the good cops are made to cover for the crooked cops. Then the crooked cops make all cops assholes, including the "good" cops.
As the accused refused to answer questions when invited to do so, their refusal to cooperate should be taken as an indication of guilt. This was the prosecution's argument when Crimebodge was prosecuted for saying "no shit" to a cop, so, this equal nonsense should apply to the cops as well.
Those lawyers who defend the police in such cases, should be struck off. Such is the level of incompetence in the police that every time I hear of something bad happening to one, I cheer. I have ZERO sympathy for these lack-wits.
@@siliquaesid703 Everyone is entitled to legal defense, even plod. Unfortunately their defense isn't just a solicitor it extends right up to the bench where Magistrates and Judges bend over backwards to help them. The fortunate thing is, this isn't the USA where they find it difficult to recruit police officers, there are lots of people in the UK who would love to do the job of a Police Constable and do it right, it's just a pity they don't fit the new, more diverse, criteria to get the job. Prosecutions and sacking is the only way to keep the plod on their toes and when there are no shortage of people prepared to do the job, they should do it, and prove there is no room for useless or corrupt plod.
@@siliquaesid703 i agree with part of what you say but as someone who works in law i can say that there are just as many solicitors if not more bringing case against the police plus we live in a democracy where anyone who is accused of something has a right to legal defence. Thats like you been accused of a crime wether your innocent or not then being told that because of who you are or the crime your accused of that you are not allowed to defend yourself in court or have your version of events considered. We live in a democratic society not a dictatorship or the middle east, everyone is entitled to representation and rightly so, you cant have one set of rules for you and another for other people.
@divorcedme come back when you know what your talking about. How legal aid is claimed is quite complex. If legal aid is refused to someone then its normally due to 2 factors. 1. The claimants income, savings etc exceeds the criteria which would indicate that individual can pay their own legal expenses. 2. The case in question has a less than 50% chance of success. Legal aid wont pay when the chances are the case wont be successful therefor not wasting tax payers money on cases that have very little to no chance of succes. The cuts to legal aid actually effect the law firms more than the public as legal aid makes up a large percentage of a law firms income. Due to this law firms will only hold legal aid contracts that benefit them (no one works to a loss). Certain firms also have had to adopt a quantity over quality mentality in order to keep afloat this leads to the negative opinion of duty solicitors working for the courts rather than the clients and that does need to be addressed. Im tipping by your username you may have had a negative experience with legal aid in regards to your marital status and if thats the case tough luck. Why should the tax payer pay thousands because you either married the wrong person or couldnt keep your marriage together? You chose to marry so its your responsibility when it goes wrong not the LAA or the tax payer, thats a problem you and your ex wife created so you two should be responsible for sorting it out not us. If you cant afford to get divorced then maybe you shouldnt have married in the first place. Legal aid should only cover shit like that if theres children involved as they need to be protected and supported through things like this. As i said i work in law, im no solicitor but i do deal with alot of LAA things from claims to audits so i think i know a little more of the inner workings than you pal.

Nice video CrimeBodge - when you first showed the video of that young lad I was so outraged with its handling by the Constables that spoke to him in that way I emailed the Staffs police chief constable (Gareth Morgan) to tell him what I thought of his Professional standards he commented (in his speech recently about covid and public/professionalism) about with a link to the video -- guess what? nothing come back. I also added that the conduct is failing the 9 Points of Policing Standards - specifically points 3 and 7 - regarding the public trust - I have asked for these constables to be removed from front line duties with regard dealing with the public to something more in their professional manner - working with the horses, specifically clearing the stables of shit. As the Staffs police don't need these clowns serving so I call for Buckle and Cotton to be relieved from their duties with training offered to assist with a vocation they might be good at - shovelling horse shit. ~trooper

Do you remember the guys who bullied kids relentlessly at school, stole the lunch money, were merciless with weaker people but utterly deferential to someone stronger than them, cowardly to the extreme? Well, in my experience, when they grew up they followed two paths: they either went on to a career as criminals, petty or in an organised crime situation, or.....they became policemen....
I really admire you and all your team for your contribution to real justice and public support against bullies and uniformed criminals
The way things are going in just the UK l can see more trouble down the road for everyone. The Little Veteran was arrested yesterday in a quite literally brutal snatch from behind which led to him getting injured. Three coppers didn't have the balls between them to arrest him face to face, the jumped him as he was speaking to a lady.
Yeah I saw that. Disgusting! I don't know how they could justify the way they took him down. The wasn't a threat and wasn't warned etc.
DingleZilla pigs
A breach of the peace for standing chatting to a lady I believe..... ze Gestapo are zee live and vell
@@ivancarter7564 Yes, a key point I reckon because at the time of his arrest he wasn't doing anything verbally offensive I believe. It could be he passed wind (a natural biological expression of gas) which may have produced an offensive aroma in the direction of the police line?
Try Living in the States! Oh wait, It's a MESS. An Orange SLUG has Destroyed us!! 240years DOWN the Tube in 4 years!!! We're Banned from the whole World. For good reason!!

Stellar work, Rob.
PC Cotton to teen: "your attitude stinks!"
Errr...looked in the mirror lately, you muppet?
One good cause that I am happy to donate to.
Good man.
Much appreciated.
"I gave both officers the chance to be interviewed under caution" love this 😂 how do I donate is there a way to set up recurring monthly payment?
Perhaps go to the Crimebodge website.
There's 3 different ways to financially support the channel in the description. Did you get around to giving monthly donations?
"...I gave the officers the opportunity to be interviewed under caution..." Sweet - I love it!
Excellent progress -thank you for your work & attempting to rid the Police of the abuse they dish out.
Brilliant work Crimebodge please keep up the good work exposing these corrupt police officers
Donated. Good luck with the case.
Much appreciated, thank you.
Conned. LOL
Orson Cart money well spent 😀
@@nomadsteve5297 Send money to me I have sued the police. LOL.
Your video would be very interesting I'm sure.
Do publish it. Please.
Send the vid to Crimebodge and let him look at it, and put it up for us to watch?
@buggeroff let me guess, are you a police officer?
@@johnpeterson9076 buggeroff is a Sargent 😂😂
You do great work and it’s very much appreciated. Thank you.
Keep it up and show up criminal behaviour of these corrupt individuals.👍👍👍👍
As long as the police, police the police there will be no justice.
Great work Rob, thank you for standing up to these overbearing criminals and their con artist superiors.
It's ironic that people were being fined for covering their faces whilst walking past police surveillance vans testing it's latest face recognition technology and now they're fining people for not covering their faces.
I’m having sleepless nights now, I crossed a road the other day and there was a camera on a lamp post.

@Graham Hastings What a disgusting human being you are.
Almost died laughing at the box of Celebrations! How laughable and unprofessional.
I am pro-police, but *small minded incompetent* servants like these two need holding to account.
You are correct.
We need a police service but a truly accountable one.
FTP
We need decent police, not corrupt police, and the accountability of the police must be improved.
Indeed. The BIGGEST problem in policing is that the good cops are made to cover for the crooked cops. Then the crooked cops make all cops assholes, including the "good" cops.
@@cleanerben9636 Improved? It needs to be completely rebuilt from the ground up and made absolute.
Thank you for your work in holding this crime syndicate to account.

Love this guy...well done mate keep it up
Make their lives a misery like they do ours!
Great work again crimebodge ...Not only is it appreciated from me but making the public fully aware of the state of policing and the corruption within
As the accused refused to answer questions when invited to do so, their refusal to cooperate should be taken as an indication of guilt. This was the prosecution's argument when Crimebodge was prosecuted for saying "no shit" to a cop, so, this equal nonsense should apply to the cops as well.
true use what they say against them, even tho have rights to silent
Those lawyers who defend the police in such cases, should be struck off.
Such is the level of incompetence in the police that every time I hear of something bad happening to one, I cheer. I have ZERO sympathy for these lack-wits.
@@siliquaesid703
Everyone is entitled to legal defense, even plod.
Glad that those two who harassed that lovely young boy. They along with 95% of the police act this way.
Great service to provide, awesome mate best of luck with your prosecutions 👍 HERO
“As I’ve repeatedly told Staffordshire Police, if they don’t hold their corrupt officers to account, I’ll do it for them”.
😂😆😂
You Sir, are a true Gent !
~trooper
I doubt Gareth Morgan has the least care or concern about what his officers are doing on the streets. But he deserves to get as many emails as possible from those keen to point it out to him.
My hat is off to you in your fearless efforts to heel the Gestapo. There seems to be widespread abuses of power.
Crimebodge Prosecution Service - love it!!!
Think about the prosecution service again ,Starmer was in charge some time ago and decided that Jim Savvile was not guilty.
You are a true hero. Ferreting out these vermin. Bravo sir.

It's the Stafford knot
It’s a knot that was used to hag a group of nuns time ago from what I remember think it’s called the Staffordshire knot it’s a battle dishonour of one of the royal regiments from the north of England can’t remember which one or when but weird like
That's what i was thinking as well
It's the Staffordshire Knot.
I was is the 3 Staffies before they once again removed any sense fo patriotism or loyalty by calling merging us us the Midlands reg. It's a Staffordshire knot. The story goes that 3 men were tried and sentenced to death. But they only had the one rope. They were told if they could devise a way of hanging all 3 of them with one rope they would be freed. That is the result. So the story goes. We used to have hessian backing behind it as well to commemorate when the regiment was left overseas for years and their uniforms wore out, so they made new ones out of hessian. So the story goes.
Well done, the more power someone has then the more scrutiny they should come under.

It's worrying how many Policy officers clearly have a Cluster B personality disorder these days.

Thank you for your efforts, much appreciated.
It's sad that Crimebodge has to go though a legal process to make Officers accountable for their wrong doings and bring justice to their victims. One thing is for sure, there is no shortage of Officers who abuse their powers and are supported by a corrupt and ineffective complaints system. Thank you Crimebodge, I wonder if any of the mainstream media investigative documentaries are interested in taking up this blatantly systemic failure of the police establishment?

Totally support everything you do my friend. We cannot have, or put up with corrupt police officers who believe they are above the law and that it doesn’t apply to them. These ‘sworn in’ reprobates need to be exposed and never be allowed to enforce the law ever again. If I broke the law and wanted to become a police officer I couldn’t.....but if an already active officer breaks the law they try to sweep it under the carpet. 😡
