Thank you for this demo as I am thinking about looking for a kit to find my blood type. For about 45 to 50 years I had hep "C" but suddenly it disappeared, I had it confirmed with two more tests. The one thing that never occurred to me was to ask the question, "what is my blood type". Once again thanks for putting this video together.

tyvm I just got my kits (3) for some strange reason here in the UK they do not keep it on your doctors records, if you give blood/transfusion etc then you can find out.
Thanks for demo.. Actually little advice to everyone base on my experience as a former phlebotomy tech the ring finger will make you bleed more. Also, make sure before you poke yourself put little press just enough to make the site darker n poke it on the upper side instead of middle 😊. Haha sorry kind of hard to explain only if I can take pics as a reply 😅.
Having 0- doesn’t mean you have rh null. When they test. The are looking just for the D protein. There are many other Rh genes you can carry. If you need a transfusion, they just look at one for compatibility. Having Rh Null means you lack all of the Rh make up. Only 43 people in the last 50 years have be diagnosed to have this blood. Likely they don’t let those people just run lose. You’re more likely just 0- like the other 15% of the human population with Rh negative factor. If you have AB- your blood is more rare than 0-😮
Would you know if it is best to use distilled water or just tap water? I just bought the tests but don't want to open them until I can actually do the tests.
AB+ is the best blood to have, your body is able to receive any other blood type. Unlike this man. He can’t receive any other blood type beside 0-. AB+ is the universal receiver and 0- is the universal giver.
I want to say that the prick i got didn’t do nothing. I had to poke myself with a sewing needle. Also there was only one. A yellow one. I know I am the future. How did they not advance. I also did more than one drop of water on my third attempt cause a single drop didn’t spread evenly around. FYI since your 0- this wasn’t best demonstration. We need a AB+ person to make a video. With a invalid card

I’ve done this test and also 0- it was not easy retrieving the blood for a sample. If he is like me. Even when I donate plasma. They have trouble poking my finger to draw from. They pretty much have to target my pinkies. FYI if you have big veins, they will love to donate. You’re easy mode. Green lit

Some basic Biology pal - ANY above primitive single or basic multicellular life form with organs must have some form of "blood", it distributes oxygen, iron, copper, antibodies, antigens, etc., it doesn't make any difference if you are iron based Red blood, copper based Green (Spock) or other. No bleeding means no circulation, no circulation means your dead, not "Alien". So your question should have been, if you were actually educated, "are you on The Walking Dead?"

Supposed to lancet the top side of the finger and shake your arm after for blood flow and press finger towards poked finger.
Lance the tip of your finger, rather than the flat of your finger. It will make it easier to get blood.
