      You’re probably doing brushing without correct methof and hard and injuring gums. You need to watch our correct brushing techniques video and oil pulling video. Also read the pinned comments for more information.
      Remember, do not use coconut oil for brushing. Oil is not a substitute for tooth paste. Oil pulling is an ancient practice that involves only swishing natural organic oil in the mouth for nourishment to the gums and underlying tissues and rinsing teeth surfaces off of sticky germs and good.

    Can we use mustard oil and it also help in acne and pimple please reply

    • @scanOapp
      @scanOapp  Год назад

      👍Mustard oil can be used for oil pulling, as it is a natural oil with antibacterial properties. 🌟Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that involves swishing oil in your mouth for a few minutes to improve oral health.
      😥However, it's important to note that mustard oil has a 🤌 strong flavor and aroma, 👃 which some people may find unpleasant. 🙏Additionally, it may cause a burning 🔥 sensation in the mouth, so you should use it with caution and in small amounts. 🥵
      Regarding pimples and acne, there is some evidence to suggest that mustard oil may have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that could be helpful in reducing acne. 🙌However, more research is needed to fully understand its effects on the skin. 😵‍💫
      ☝️If you have acne or other skin concerns, it's always a good idea to talk to a dermatologist or healthcare provider for personalized advice and treatment options.👩‍⚕️🧑🏻‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

      Yes, you can do oil pulling after drinking water. However, it is important to make sure that you rinse your mouth out with water or mouthwash first to remove any particles or residue from the water. This will help the oil to work more effectively in pulling out any bacteria or toxins in your mouth.

      Use only organic cold pressed virgin coconut oil. Extra virgin is same as virgin (marketing ploy)
      Cold pressed, unrefined, virgin, and organic will have all the highest levels of nutrients and antibacterial properties. Non-organic will have trace-chemicals and pesticides just like any non-organic.
      ALL non-organic foods are riddled with trace-chemicals and pesticides and causing things from mild autism to shorter life span. You won't know it because it is long term effects. People getting cancer and not knowing where they got it:

    Hi! Can someone tell me, if I can oil-pull with 100% pure Expeller-Pressed Coconut oil? Will it give the same benefit as Cold-pressed coconut oil? Please respond, as I don't want to be doing all the hardwork with wrong oil. lol Thanks!

    • @scanOapp
      @scanOapp  Год назад +1

      Yes, 100% pure expeller-pressed coconut oil is considered suitable for oil pulling. Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice in which you swish oil in your mouth for a specific period, usually 15 to 20 minutes, and then spit it out.
      However, it's essential to remember that while oil pulling may have some potential benefits, it should not replace regular oral hygiene practices such as brushing and flossing and advised use of mouthwash.

    My question is will this make a sudden drop in blood pressure and sugar? Or will it regulate it?

    • @scanOapp
      @scanOapp  Год назад +4

      Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that involves swishing oil in the mouth for several minutes each day, usually in the morning, empty stomach, with the goal of improving oral health and overall wellness. The most commonly used oil for oil pulling is coconut oil, but other oils like sesame or sunflower oil can also be used.
      There is limited scientific evidence to support the claim that oil pulling can directly lower blood pressure. However, some studies have suggested that oil pulling may have some potential benefits for overall cardiovascular health, which could indirectly affect blood pressure.
      For example, a small study published in the Nigerian Journal of Medicine in 2014 found that oil pulling with sesame oil for 8 weeks resulted in significant reductions in total cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL cholesterol levels, which are all risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Another study published in the Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine in 2016 found that oil pulling with coconut oil for 10 days reduced markers of oxidative stress and inflammation in the saliva of healthy volunteers, which could potentially have cardiovascular benefits.
      While these findings are promising, more research is needed to determine the long-term effects of oil pulling on cardiovascular health and blood pressure specifically. It is also important to note that oil pulling should not be used as a substitute for standard medical treatments for high blood pressure or other health conditions.
