You can. It’s referred to as “Third Party Readings”. However most say that it’s not ethical nor will it be as accurate because you have got the presence (or consent) of that other person that your trying to get information on.

hoping i’m not too late for a reply 😹❤️ when reading any spread, do you also reference the card that comes before it (even though that card isn’t drawn)? ie I pulled 4 of cups, do I reference 3 of cups and how it got me to 4? I hope that makes sense.
