Excellent Video! You would really benefit from a 3D printer to print templates for the Pantorouter. It would be so easy to print super accurate templates. Like a lot of your followers, I would really love to see a video on some of the joints you created in this vid!

I was just thinking a 3D printer would be prefect for custom joints.

I’m interested in working out the radius of inside curves of cross join. A marvellous machine. Extremely happy that I bought one.

Thanks Peter. It really is an amazing machine - not just for what it is but for what it enables a maker to achieve and repeat with ease. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Can your amazing X mortise be made with sharper corners using a smaller router bit. I.e. 6mm rounded corners with a 6mm bit, I guess that your jig would need sharper corners.
