Can’t speak for others but I was first trying it, I saw a lot of singers and artists playing it and it looked like you were meant to basically whack the strings
@@devk5645 depending if the artist gives a shit or not studios play the instrumental and would try their best at “playing” while only focusing on singing
Don't you remember how you were when you first started? EVERYONE sounds like that when they first start. I've been playing for over 16 years now, but I still remember not being able to strum all the strings, hitting the ones I did get with uneven force and also being WAY too loud at the same time.
There's a certain finesse that playing guitar requires that takes time to get to grips with. It's like how everyone held notes down either way too hard or way too softly and they were too far away or too close to the frets. Nobody picks up a guitar and gets it right straight away.

Yea and those sweet chords he was just effortlessly dishing out man that odd voicing of the fmin9 followed by a Gsus and bmin7 just totally floored me, he played it so harmoniously too there was no dissonant qualities in his chord voicings whatsoever it really puts in to perspective why his dj tag is "we da best music" i mean if the great composers of old such as bach, beethoven and Tchaikovsky and the like were to hear this excellent piece of music, they would all give mr khaled a standing ovation
