How do you upscale the clips to 60fps do you export the whole project
I cut only the parts i want to edit from the movie. Not the whole thing
@@MenZuration I know but I usualy set my clips in sync with the song I did this before but when the clips would change there would be a blurr
Yes there is blur between scene transitions. You have to cut that later. I upscale before any editing is done. Just the pure scene. Then i edit.

If you really don't want the blur between the cuts. You can cut every transition and place them 1sec or few frames apart.I used to do this. It takes time but it fixes the issue.

Yes.But sometimes you may find some clips that is choppy even after adding twixtor. So in that case, lower it a bit and see.
