Frost lasts for (6 minutes + time it takes to activate cutscene + time it takes to get to the exit) you can see how much time is left by the fireplace on a clock, 6am is the requirement to leave the level
is it the cutscene and time it takes to get to the exit that makes it 6 minutes or by default frost is 6 minutes?
If you die to fear you only lose the first part of fear as that teleport you had is actually a orb teleport from upper vestibule so you seriously lost nothing
