23:00 those guys have literally 100s of hours of video with nothing and never try to fake things. The one time they catch something that could be real, people automatically say they are faking because they aren’t freaking out. Unbelievable.
They’re more believable then half the people on here simply because we know they’ve been so many places and never seem to catch much of anything and this is the one time the number one non-believer actually admits that something strange may have been happening in the building.
Sucks that these guys wrote them off for well, I’m not actually sure why they wrote them off so quickly.

As for the officer, no he wouldn't necessarily have to report it if he didnt want to. Only if there had actually been a person in the house. Officers make reports about the over all issue. Ex: ' Someone called dispatch about a possible break in, came home found her doors open, swept the house, no one inside etc.' It's going to be an overview unless something happened worth noting/a crime was commited, in which case they're supposed to be more specific. He could report the footsteps ig to match the bodycam but seeing as it wasn't a person idk if it'd be relevant. More something you might tell your partner though, once your done reassuring the home owner.

One thing that people should know but don't and fall for this trick often is some ghost will speak or whisper to you and if you answer them they attach themselves to you. If you are alone and you here someone speaking to you look around first before you answer, because you don't want to take something home with you that maybe trying to feed on your life energy.
