Mam i have simple trick than this just find the Mod of this and put x^2=(mod+non imag.)/2 and y^2=(mod-non img.)/2 then (+)(-) [x+iy] ex:- sqrt(8-6i)===> find Mod=> i.e, sqrt(64+36)=10 then x^2= (10+8)/2=9 ; y^2= (10-8)/2 thus we get x=+-3 and y= +-1 we get the ans=> (+)(-)[3-i] and (+)(-)[-3+i]....that set!!!!

Mam ye Q algebra se bhi simply solve hojayenga jaisa ex- √5+12i= √5+2×2i×3=√(2i)^2+3^2+2×2i×3= √(2i+3)^2= +-(2i+3)
