Sharpie markers are not easy to remove from skin, try some gasoline or paint thinner to remove.
Does it matter? Use your imagination 😂 maybe she didn't have to hand, or want to use eyeliner (or similar). Plus the Sharpie makes good noises.
Make up remover works great to take off sharpie anything oil based does the job for one and for two it's fake lmao 😅 it's not actually on you.
