    It was a very interesting video.looked like you are experiencing it all thru.
    I shall try to practice it,as I have age related problems knee joints,n L4l5 problems, am'nt able to sit for long.it is very nice experience to sit beyond 30 min.but..I have no complaints to God. Let me keep on doing the way I heard it from you, nevertheless for a short duration am sure I will get your blessings n be successful.

      Dear Anil ji, put your attention on this sound. Slowly you will find that you are becoming thoughtless. Because when thoughts will come, you can not listen it properly. Stay with this sound, during day time also. This will become “Omkar”. Ek omkar satnam, the fearless, the ultimate doer, unborn and infinite.🙏

    Pranams swamiji,
    Om namah sivaya,
    Yesterday afternoon I had a great experience.In the afternoon I sit for mediation after the servant maid is gone n the house is silent,I felt that there was partial absorption into the chaitanya, could feel like in deep sleep didn't want to come out of that state,but could hear some little sounds of movement in my house and after a long time came out of my room to see my daughter had already come home.
    Since I was doing this meditation lying down my daughter thought that am having rest n did not disturb me.
    If I do it sitting on a chair my concentration would be disturbed by shooting pains on my joints.
    Please tell me swami ji if this way of meditating is OK.could get a feel of samadhi.which I long for.
    I take opportunity to meditate even sitting on the closet, n the most beautiful time is the early cool mornings.
    Thank you once again for your wonderful tips to concentrate on the silence.

    Sir maine suna he k jab ham dhyan sadhana me hote hue jo expirence pate he wo kisi ke sath shyer nahi karne chahiye . Hamne light dekhi ya color dekhe . Awaj aai anahad naad ki slince ki jo awaj he wo sunai di etc. Is se kya hota he hamare kisi ko ye sab bate batane ke baad hum dubara us stithi me nahi pahuch pate . Aur nahi pahuch pate to thoda swabhav me chidchida pen aa jata he . Dhobi ka kutta na gher ka na ghat ka wali baat ho jati . To kya shyer kerna achhi baat he ya nahi .
