Fun fact Utica Came out with loc-rite in 1964, one year before snap on patented flank drive but as you pointed out with the wobble plus, snap on successfully marketed and advertised the feature (and many others) which is why they are still around and larger then ever and utica is long gone
Yup. Snap-on is a marketing genius and that is why they are here 100 years later. Tell the world you are # 1 and eventually people will believe it. Liam Gallagher said the same thing in Oasis.
@@eightpenny6379 I hope so! I just remembered I got some Wobble plus 3/8" extensions too because of your shorts lol. My main goal is to have a sort of "Get you safe" tool bag for the vehicle of me and my family. Ebay is my best source. Most are made in USA (which is my preference) Kudos to you for sharing your knowledge though and helping me out.
@@YaOldPalWilbur Ebay is great! There are many deals to be had on there. Also check your local buy/sell community areas, lots of times you can buy a “grouping” of snap-on for a few hundred bucks.
I've got a newer metric set...one of the few Snap-On tools I own...but I use it as an example of their quality. The cheapie Pittsburg version will round off a flare nut 50% of the time...I have never rounded one off with the Snap-On. They just are machined tighter and have no flex.

You should do a full tour of your collection
Good job love you From Dino Mares Fontana CA
Bought some metric semi deep sockets because of a short I saw of yours.
Ha ha. Influence. Congratulations may they last you a lifetime.

Good testimony. I guess Harbor Freight won’t be putting Snap-on out of business as soon as the twats think.
yes that is the only thing that is going to get the brake lines off a avalanche distribution block
For sure. Much needed for front end work, that is why I have them.
