Stormworks steam tug boat with steam pistons

- A modified version of a tug boat that was made to look like it ran on steam. Added the new steam pistons and some gearboxes due to the high torque low rps of these pistons.

Nice ship ! We must solve the propeler sprinkler sound problem asap.
Need at least 3 pistons to get a more consistent rps, set the initial position so they are not at the extremes at the same time. Adding some pumps to pump steam out helps too because if it backs up in the pistons it slows them down.
I hope they make modular versions of steam pistons so we can manually adjust timing and steam volume going into the pistons to control timing, speed and power better. The way the work now, it is only steam volume that changes how fast they turn.
Also maybe helpful will be to add a flywheel to the engine to have some momentum for pistons
This is the fun thing to do I love renovating and converting workshop ships

@@LMR78 They don't work with the new steam pistons for some reason.
My boiler keeps building up too much pressure because my steam release valve isn't working. Can you make a video about your pressure relief system?
