I can delightfully confirm that 'Chargeset' (v4?) is very much a part of the Official Bladekisser Soundtrack (Oddly, despite showing up on other streaming services, 'GACK' still seems to refuse to show up on Brandon's Bandcamp) and it is up on both Brandon McKagan's Bandcamp at 'Name Your Price' and the Trepang Studios RUclips Channel. I'm going to damn well miss me v2, but this v4? (v3? showed itself in the Update¹ Trailer if I'm not mistaken) absolutely shares it's place among my *ferocious* favourites from the TREPANG² Soundtrack. Update³ & the Bladekisser DLC should be following it by 25th July 2024, 06:00 GMT-7.
This Game has an amazing soundtrack from start to finish. The sound design for the instruments are excellent and complement the hectic chaos of the gameplay! Great job on the extended version by the way! You are awesome! 😺🤟
'Furnace Tension' (or 'FurnaceTension-Loop2' more specifically) is perhaps it's closest surviving evolution, at least in a "If 'Charge Set' was breaking down the door and *destroying* everything that dares try to stop you, 'Furnace Tension' is lighting the fuse & GETTING THE FLAMING HELL OUT OF THERE" sort of way. Still, I do wish 'Charge Set' could've made the Official Soundtrack (It's a certified "banger" worthy of being in such an aptly-named edition).
this is the type of music that one rebel on the radio starts playing when the pesky anti-citizens have another mini-war with the combine empire, the beat drop here 1:31 has me vibing in the midst of the battle.
it's neither, it's a scrapped song. unfortunately will never see the light of being in TREPANG2, probably. the closest we got to it being in is Furnace Tension, though.

If this game came out 10 years ago it would easily be on par with CoD if not better
