Thank you! We will keep them coming! Awesome!! The 17 and 22 Hornet are both awesome calibers! I've taken a few yotes with the 17 and the results were spectacular running the 25 gr JHP 👍
As usual, another awesome video. How did you get started coyote hunting? I've been a deer and bear hunter since I was a young kid, hunting with my dad and brother. Hunting season was my yearly vacation from work. Thanks for the great videos,
That's awesome! Sounds allot like how I grew up on a farm in Virginia. Raised in the outdoors teaches us so many great things that make us the people we are today. I was an avid deer, turkey and bear hunter with my father leading the way. We didn't have many coyotes around when I was younger. The few that were around people said they were un-callable, true story! Allot of folks dont know this but Holly and I first started coyote hunting together shortly after we met. I bought a 204 Ruger bolt action, an electric caller and went out to a spot one afternoon I had saw coyote tracks earlier that week. I hit eastern cottontail and I look up in the field and there is a pair of coyotes coming straight at me! They saw me move and stopped and I dropped one! I couldn't believe it, I thought man this is the easiest thing ever. We'll about 20 dry stands later I realized it wasn't so easy after all lol but that first stand got me hooked for life! We sure do appreciate it and will keep them coming 👊
@@coyotedown. I have never hunted coyotes. there are some where I live in Northern MN, but not many. My only experience with a coyote was hitting one with my truck on the highway about 20 years ago. From watching your videos, I know that it requires a lot of patience. The same is true when hunting deer and bears. I love the different caliber rifles you use. That Wilson Combat Super Sniper in 6.5 Creedmore is incredible. Thanks for your response. As long as you produce videos, I'll have a front row seat.
Wow! At least you got one down anyway haha! Yes it sure does, lots of patience! I will say it's allot faster paced still hunting big game. We usually sit 15-20 min then on to the next stand. It's a great activity for introducing hunting to the younger generation for that reason. The Creed takes the cake for us. Does everything well, so it's going to be hard to get it out of my hands lol! We are really happy to hear that and will keep the videos dropping every week 👊
Awesome! I bet they are smoking 🔥 10-4 still got it. I really like the ARC overall. Allot more compact and lighter than the larger frame but still drops yotes incredibly well! You nailed it!! I absolutely despise the wind for calling and shooting lol but the Creed does an awesome job out in this open country and anchors them on the longer shots nicely! Thanks we sure are glad to hear it and will keep them coming 👊
Per NASS (National Agriculturral Statistics Servuce) coyotes kill more than 300,000 head of cattle/calves, sheep/lambs, and goats/kids nationwide. In 2020 coyote predation accounted for 32.6% sheep losses and 40.1% lamb losses across the country. In 2015, coyotes were responsible for 40.5% cattle deaths due to predators and 53.1% of predator caused calf deaths in the U.S. In Montana, in 2019 alone, livestock producers lost 17,000 animals to predators, coyotes accounted for 62.4% of those losses.,

I dont really know other than protecting your livestock

What brass catcher do you use
We are running the Tac-Star Brass Catcher with the picitanny mount! It ROCKS! Zero issues with a few years of hard use!

Yes it works!
I’m just curious but what exactly do these coyotes do to mess up the environment
Coyotes usually hunt for livestock and farmers are losing lots of money and its having a negative impact on their livelihood.
