Pediatric Abdominal ultrasound - Food poisoning, intestinal obstruction

A child 10 years-old came to the public clinic with complaints of vomiting, abdominal pain - by his words the day before was poisoned by some food - was urgently sent for an ultrasound scan.
At ultrasound stomach is full, in all parts of the abdomen enlarged bowel loops with pendulum-like peristalsis(intestinal obstruction), in the right iliac region portion of spastic bowel - type of conglomerate / infiltrate(differential diagnosis: intestinal perforation, enterocolitis, etc.), on CFM with the blood flow.
Urgent consultation of surgeon was recommended.
