Somin did better because her voice was worked (in a way) better for/in this song, unlike (the voice) of Jiwoo. They both have great voices, but not all songs match they(ir) type of voice

As someone who spent many years being an Alto and a soprano, I’d like to commend Jiwoo for her ability to keep the melody while Somin did the high adlibs. A listener’s ear automatically tunes to the higher notes, so it’s no different for a singer. Jiwoo is able to keep the melody easily, which is lower, and for that I’m so proud ❤️
