I decided to start as a cordinator to get experience in hopes that Rutgers would hire me. Working as the O-Cord I was disappointed I had to handle so much even defensive choices. First two years as O-Cord I led Alabama to two championships. When RU job was available they did not want to hire me :(. Pitt and Syracuse wanted me but that is a no go as a RU fan. I win another championship over the next two years and RU again had no interest in me. I have Wisconson, Illi, Temple and Nebraska offer, time to think about my future as a HC.
Sounds like Rutgers does need you but, F EM!! MAKE THEM FEEL IT BY PASSING ON YOU, I would go to temple to really hurt them, but I say go to Wisconsin Just as good as Nebraska but they are Better IMO, Let me know what happens Coach Good Luck
