- July 16-17, 2024 Lancaster Days in Winnipeg, MB at the Royal Aviation Museum. The event was so popular. The Museum had oversold tickets to enter the plane. I had to settle for a walkaround, which was still amazing.
My father was an LAC in WW2 and it is possible he worked on this plane during his tour overseas.
This is one of only two still flying. It has been dedicated to Andrew Mynarski, who was awarded the Victoria Cross.
