As darkness falls on Hogwarts castle, Dementors, Death Eaters and other unspeakable creatures rise to cloak the stone walls in sinister images and fiendish magic. Chaos erupts as the image of Lord Voldemort joins the fray, summoning his cruel legions to swarm the castle. Experience the fire-engulfed army of Inferi and the soul-draining breath of Dementors as you stare in awe at the castle’s takeover. Accompanied by an atmospheric music score created by John Williams, this powerful spectacle is an unforgettable end to your day.

A new nighttime spectacular show, "Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle" is Now Open until April 28th, 2019 and then, return the show on Memorial Day Weekend at Universal Studios Hollywood!!!
And that must be connected to Universal's Halloween Horror Nights around the world, like Universal Studios Hollywood!!! Cause it was "Halloween in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter" as Voldemort's army have taking over Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley!!

What story does WoC or the fireworks tell? This isn't a theatrical production, it's a nighttime spectacular.
@@BrandonTisor well... mix magic has a story of a dance party that's has super engaging lyrics and characters and so does the Halloween fireworks which are my favorite. 🤔🤔🤔 I still like these projections but I've always wanted something more engaging with the Harry Potter characters and stories we love
@@Hello_Batty These shows still don't have a story, they have recognizable characters and songs. All of the Harry Potter IP is live action (that Universal doesn't own) which adds a significant layer of complexity to rights usage, actor residuals, etc. While it would be lovely to see our favorite HP characters circa 2008 on a projection show or elsewhere throughout the land, it ain't happening.
Why can’t they have a montage of all the movies called “The Boy Who Lived?” And they can use fireworks for the exciting parts like when Voldemort and Harry battle in the graveyard in Gonlet of Fire?
this is cheaper. they probably would need to pay the actors for their likeness if they did a montage show.

Why doesn't Universal get it through their heads that Pyrotechnics are a must have in a spectacular show? It's an awful show with a lack of any good detail and makes a mockery of the Wizarding world.
Maybe because....people live around Universal?

Universal Hollywood has never had the ability to do so, due to residential areas around them. They’ve used drones instead, which are amazing. Unfortunately wind didn’t allow them to go off during this nights presentation.
