I typically will run 4 ply turf tires because i made a mower with a 250cc dirt bike engine and the tires would expand when i pushed it past 80 mph, so i would always run 4 ply tires with any racing mower builds that way the tire won't flex as much either!
I've ran with and without tubes. Had to put a tube in one of my right rear as it had problems holding air. And like you said, I had trouble with the tube staying in place, and I've had it spin on the wheel and pull the valve stem in. What I recently did was just swap the left and right. The tubed tire is on the left, and the tubeless is on the right. I then put a hose clamp around the valve stem to help try and keep it from getting pulled in. So far it's been holding up. I'm not putting as much load on the left rear when cornering, so I figure that's what's helping.
Little late to the show here, i dont run mower circuits as we dont have any here, more so just a group of guys that go out and play, i was told to run tubes but i do not. Also if you put a healthy few shakes of baby powder in the tire and roll it around coat the tube its suppose to prevent it from binding or pinching. Learned that doing dirt bike tires
I can never get a tube to work i tried it on my superstock. I have tried several different ways but my crew does not run any tubes. its more of a pain in the butt then its worth
The transmission in the video is a cheap one from Ebay or Amazon, I've been having issues with them when running one with a built twin cylinder though.
Always a good time when I see one of your videos

Great to see you back on again, keep the videos coming!
Thanks! I gotta get back into making more videos
Looks good man.
Thanks 👍
Bright blue or bright Purple for the stickers!!! If you want my 2 cents!
Like the paint jobs. Is this really from 2022? Do more videos at the races for us to watch!
Yup, this video has been shelved for like a year now haha

Get a tapered bushing made for the Peerless input from EC Carbs!!!
Definitely the way to go, they were out of stock back when I made this video.
I spray my tunes down with grafiet lube it has always worked for me
Non tube btw. I just bring spare rims and tires
EC Carburetors sold those in the past, but theyve been out of stock for at least a year. If you were to sell those supports i would buy a few.
Tubes are better in my opinion lower air pressure can be run if necessary. Which tires do you think grip better saver or master?
What sprockets and chain did you use

Where's the update?
Where do you get that gearbox

Tubeless
What rear wheel and tire are you running in this video?
