If you are looking for Air fryer recipes you must make this Vegetable Souffle.
And if your children find it difficult to eat broccoli or cauliflower then this way they will love them because they turn into a real delicacy with the rich creamy béchamel and melted cheeses.
We used the Air fryer 4.5 Liter IZZY IZ-8222 with the 100% healthy ceramic non-stick coating and the very practical "FOOD CONTROL" window with lighting, which allows you to see continuously what phase the cooking process is in without having to open it every now and then the bin to check.
INGREDIENTS
🔪 250 gr. Cauliflower
🔪 150 gr. Broccoli
🔪 1 small leek
🔪 1 Carrot
🔪 1 clove of garlic
🔪 1 stalk of celery
🔪 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
🔪 1/2 tsp. Paprika
🔪 Salt
🔪 Pepper
(For the Béchamel)
🔪 40 gr. Butter
🔪 40 gr. Flour
🔪 500 ml Milk
🔪 60 gr. Grated graviera cheese
🔪 60 gr. Regato grated cheese
🔪 1 Egg
🔪 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
🔪 Salt
🔪 Breadcrumbs
❗Tips: Add 2 slices of lemon when boiling vegetables to avoid the unpleasant smell of broccoli and cauliflower, then remove.
