Step 1. Match your foot to insole arch. Step 2. Select the most rigity you can handle without pain. Therefore get fitted for sheepfeet, then take your sheepfeet to select the rigidity of your boot. Note that Step 1 varies based on flat verse steep terrain, as your arch is higher when your on your tippy toes vs flat ground. Step 2 varies with terrain as well, flat ground vs inclined ground changes your need. Overall (for sheepfeet) the easy part is matching your arch with sheepfeet; then you must start with the most rigid to less rigid on terrain to determine what will work best(this part is expensive). The best cheap alternatives to sheep feet are 1.'Spenco Total Support Max Shoe Insoles' 2, Superfeet(hike or run). theinsolestore actually tells you the measursurement of each insole.
Love my sheepfeet, best thing I ever bought for my feet. I’m on my feet all day in Crispi boots and I can’t brag enough on how much better my feet and legs feel. Looking forward to the booties for fly fishing. Thanks Gritty team for the podcast and test driving all this gear. I know when you recommend something, it’s been torture tested to hell and back.

Heck yes I’m so excited to get mine. Just ordered them yesterday and the new Wayne is so easy. Way to go sheepfeet. I have thought about trying them out 3 years ago but didn’t like the way you had to order them. The app is money. Thanks for putting this podcast out Brian and Brad….
Is there any concern with the difference between a static foot VS a foot with weight on it? Would seem the foot is different when weight is applied, spreads out some if you will, how do you compensate for that?
All the testing they have done before actually launching doesn't indicate that as an issue. They completed around 2,000 scans and 2,000 pairs of insoles and they have not had this as an issue.
I assume the APP won't work with my Android?
I know they were going to have the Android app up and going soon.
I'm too poor to even have A iphone . Count me out, I'm just too poor. Just get an iPhone he says that so easily like everybody's rich. I guess I'm not rich like he is. I'm not into this podcast, not this time maybe next time.
Hi, We don't mean buy an Iphone, Just find someone you know with an I phone and we give you a link to log in. You don't need to buy an Iphone.

We're not that rich we're poor in today's society and when you make something only functionable for one piece of equipment like an iPhone and then tell people oh, just go get an iPhone and you can use our product. No, make it for everything Android, whatever not everybody is rich and can afford. A couple $1000 phone..
Not saying that at all. Android is in the works. It just takes a lot longer with the tech.
