    Hi - I am also using the Runna app - currently in middle of Maintenance plan before switching to 12 week 1/2 Marathon plan ahead of the London Landmarks 1/2 Marathon.
    The year just gone was my first in the MV70 category and although I didn’t quite hit my sub 1:45 1/2 Marathon target (I ran 1:45:15 in Amsterdam) my ‘warm up’ race at the London 10,000 saw me reduce my Age Category PB to 47:23 and 1st in my age group.
    Really love the Runna app - wish it had been around 30 years ago when I ran my 1:16:25 PB - maybe I’d have been able to sneak under 1:15 - we’ll never know.
    Anyway, good luck in your training for London - for my part I expect to spend the day on The Mall sorting, then handing out, kitbags - good to give back to the sport I have loved for more than 35 years!
